1. Delivery Timelines

⚠️ Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
2. Delivery Methods
a) Door Delivery
- Delivered to the address provided during checkout.
- Delivery will be attempted up to two times within 5 days (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
- If both attempts fail, the order will be cancelled.
b) Pickup Stations / Shop Pickup
- You will be notified via SMS, email, or phone once your order is ready for collection.
- Please pick up your order within 5 days of notification.
- Unclaimed orders will be cancelled after this period.
3. Delivery Charges
- Delivery fees vary depending on your location and order size.
- Pickup from our shop is free.
