1. Delivery Timelines

⚠️ Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.


2. Delivery Methods

a) Door Delivery

  • Delivered to the address provided during checkout.
  • Delivery will be attempted up to two times within 5 days (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
  • If both attempts fail, the order will be cancelled.

b) Pickup Stations / Shop Pickup

  • You will be notified via SMS, email, or phone once your order is ready for collection.
  • Please pick up your order within 5 days of notification.
  • Unclaimed orders will be cancelled after this period.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery fees vary depending on your location and order size.
  • Pickup from our shop is free.

4. Important Notes

  • Please provide accurate delivery information to avoid delays.
  • Inspect packages upon delivery and report any issues immediately.
